NFL WEEK 10

The Titans today are a home dog of a full Touchdown. They most likely have had this game circled on their calendar for some time now as  the head coach and many players are former Patriots.  Mike Vrabel , head coach,  Dion Lewis , Malcolm Butler , Ryan Logan and also D coordinator Dean Pees.
The Pats have looked good but you could argue they have played much better at home. The Titans are 7-2-1 ATS  at home their last 10 games.  Hedgie will gladly take  :

Seahawks +10   at Rams    2 stars  -  Rams are a public team which causes bettors to pay a premium. The seahawks played the Rams tough earlier in a 2 point loss and should put up another good fight today. Also, becuase of the raging wildfires in California the Rams had to cancel practice friday. Many players have been affected as well.  20 players have been evacuated from their homes.  Not sure that lends to a totally focused Rams team this sunday

Bills/Jets UNDER 36.5  2 stars   - Josh McCown  & Matt Barkley start at QB vs two good defenses.  Where will the points come from??

Lions +7  2 stars   - THe bears should not be laying a full TD to a divisional rival.  4 of their Wins are against the Bucs, Cards, Bills, and Jets. QB Tribisky is still learning on the fly.  Lions should keep this close and possibly  win.

TEASER:   BUCS +4 and UNDER 58  - 1 star
 The Redskins travel to Tampa very banged up.  Their 3 best offensive linemen are OUT along with 2 starting offensive weapons in  WR  Richardson and RB Thompson.   Nice spot for the Bucs

THURSDAY NIGHT NFL

Both the Steelers and Panthers are HOT . The Steelers have won 4 straight and the Panthers have won 3 straight.  The Steelers have not historically been great at covering as a favorite at home while the Panthers have proven to be a good dog on the road going 11-5  ATS  it's past 16.  The Steelers are coming off a great road win in Baltimore but Hedgie thinks the hard hitting rivalry takes a physical toll on the Steelers . The unsung hero for Carolina thus far has been  NORV TURNER.  He's got Cam Newton and the Panther's offense humming.  Hedgie thinks this will be the difference :

Hedgie NFL SUNDAY Week 9

One of the MVP's of the Panthers this year is the O coordinator  , NORV TURNER .  He's worked incredibly well adapting a system that fits Cam Newton's style and after 8 weeks the offense is starting to really click.  In come the hapless Bucs  who are on their 3rd straight road game

Vikings/Lions   UNDER 49  3 stars  -  Lions traded away Golden Tate at the trade deadline and The Vikes will be without  Stefon Diggs.  This game script should have alot of Latavius Murray


Ravens -2   2 stars -     The early money is all on the Steelers +3   People are playing the 'revenge' angle since the Ravens won earlier this season.  But that angle is out the window in this matchup.  The motivation is there for the Ravens too. They are coming off back to back losses and need a win badly.

Texans +1.5  2 stars   - The Texans are rolling with 5 straight wins and have had a couple extra days rest to prepare. The Broncos traded away  WR  D Thomas at the trade deadline  (to the Texans)  and are headed in a different direction

Pats -5     1 star  - Packers traded away  Haha Clinton Dix and Ty Montgomery  and are on their 2nd straight road game.  Brady & Co  should know how to put this one away.
