Hedgie Monday Night Football

Pretty simple angle here: MONDAY NIGHT HOME DIVISIONAL DOG
The Redskins are coming off a bye week and the media has overdone the Mcnabb benching vs the Lions. The Shanahans both refute reports that they are dissatisfied with Mcnabb's laid back practice routine and ESPN reported today that The Redskins have signed Mcnabb to a five 5yr $78 mil extension. Bottom line here is that all parties at Redskins camp are competitive and want to win that elusive super bowl ring.
On another note, The money is in on the Eagles. Most lines are now Eags -3 (-125 juice). The Redskins have played very close games this year and HALF of those games have been decided by 3. Make sure you use discipline and buy the extra 1/2 point and get this game at +3.5
From a strategic point of view, SS Nate Allen of the Eagles hurt his next last week. Look for the Redskins to exploit his rookie replacement Kurt Coleman. Also, keep an eye on Brandon Banks who might return early from a knee scope to boost the Special Teams
Redskins +3.5 2 stars
p.s. Hedgie missed this angle yesterday with the Chiefs play. The Broncos coming off a bye at home was a divisonal foe underdog and showed up to play. Moving on...

Colts -7 2 stars - short week for Bengals. Palmer's shoulder sore. bad spot
Bears +1 2 stars - Vikes no Sidney Rice, Harvin Banged up, Berrian banged up
tough spot for Vikings at cold Soldier field
Chiefs -1 1 star - hard for bettors to back KC after last week crumbling. but they
have a strong run game and Bronco LB DJ Williams is out due to
friday night DUI. chiefs match up well

Hedgie Sunday
Bears/Bills OVER 41 3 stars
The Bears have had the bye week to fix their offensive woes and he Bills horrible defense should give them the boost they need. Don't let last week's low scoring Bills/Chiefs game scare you (13-10). It deflates this line a bit and offers value. The Bills are 4-1 OVER in the last 5 games:
@ Baltimore 34-37 , Jags 26-36 , Jets 14-38 , @ Pats 30-38 Weather will not be an issue here either as the game will be played in Totonto's Rogers Center. Expect both teams to play loose and go OVER 41
Texans +3 vs Chargers 3 stars
The Hedgie will continue to focus on the Chargers team which is #1 in Offense in the NFL but still has something amiss. They are 0-4 on the road this year and Antonio Gates is very doubtful with a torn platar fascia in his foot from last week's game vs the Titans. The Texans are 2-2 at home and should be able to get this outright win. Note also that Nate Keading is still out and Chris Brown continues kicking duties for the Chargers. Brown was cut by the Texans in the preseason after being their kicker the past 8 years and also cost the Hedgie a 4 star over play two weeks ago as he 'DOINKd' one of the goalpost with no time left. Their will be alot of pressure on him and Hedgie suspects Brown will miss another costly FG in this game Texans +3 home dog is a strong play
Saints -6.5 1 star
