 The Panthers are ranked in the top 5 in all defensive categories yet the total on this Sundays game is the 2nd highest it's been all season for them.  With Jonathan Stewart INACTIVE  the panthers just don't have that many weapons on the offensive side of the ball. The Giants defense is playing better with Prince in the lineup.  This game might not get over 40…….
