Saints /Titans - UPDATE * Dereck Henry is a scratch. This is big news and bad news for the Titans. Tannehill has been playing lights out BUT he plays much better with Henry running the ball on play action and also pass blocking as he is 250lbs. Dion Lewis gets the start and is a small scat back. The Titans can lose and still get in the playoffs. Vrable is only 4-6 as a home dog. The Saints will be focused .
