Hedgie Sunday is TEASER SUNDAY

The Hedgie remains  WHITE HOT and is  7-0  star weighted the past two days and Phillip Rivers is clearly excited about that ....

The Hedgie does not like today's card very much.....but does see some intriguing value on some TEASERS

Redskins  +3.5  & OVER  41.5    2 stars  - skins offense is still rolling. Jordan Reed should be back and the Eagles have really struggled on defense lately    

Vikings +3.5  & UNDER 45.5  1 star  -  Vikes come in fresher and with the better defense.  Look to cash against a struggling Blake Bortles once again

Bills  +10  & UNDER 52.5 -  1 star    line here is important.  Steelers D been playing better lately  but Bills have a strong rushing attack are at home and the public has a misperception on the Bills vs their late collapse last weekend at Okland.  Good value here


Chargers +7.5  & OVER  42.5   3 stars  - looks like the Panthers have mailed it in.   Panthers will not have Luke Kuechly again and have given up  35 & 40 pts without their leader on D. Rivers still playing as a top 10  QB  will exploit the Panthers D

Bears +14.5 & UNDER 49.5  - 3 stars  -  Bears are actually playing very well on Defense  despite injuries.  Hedgei chalks this up to John Fox & his staff. Matt Barkley is also playingthe QB position efficiently.  While the Lions are also playing solid D  they rarely beat teams by more than a TD.  LAst week's  results help the line value today

Saturday Hedgie

Last Week  Navy's starting QB Will Worth went down with a broken bone in his foot. They also lost co-captain Gulley. This team has played 8 straight weeks and is banged up on the offensive side of the ball.  The Army Black Nights defense has been playing well and only allowing 19 ppg this season.

HEDGIE SUNDAY .....8 plays....

After posting another successful 4-2  Saturday the Hedgie has a FULL SLATE today with a handful of teasers....  Teasers can be a dangerous play and the moto for many gamblers is that the books love it when gamblers tease......HOWEVER , in the nFL the Hedgie likes to pinpoint value and try and cross key numbers which today sets up for nicely.....



Falcons/Chiefs  OVER 49.5  2 stars    - Falcs are 9-2  OVER this season and have averaged 39 points per game at home in the Wins.    The Chiefs are an under team (8-2)  but coming off an OT win and back on the road this favors an Over play.  Maybe you'll see the speedster Tyreek Hill make a big play in the dome on the turf on Special Teams as well

Saints/Lions  OVER 52.5   4 stars   -  Saints are 10-2  OVER in their last 12 at the superdome.  The Saints porous Secondary is exactly what Jim Bob Cooter and Matthew Stafford need to get their offense humming again....

Lions +7   3 stars  -   Lions are not getting much credit as they are on a 5-1-1 spread run recently.

Bills/Raiders  OVER 48.5   2 stars  - Raiders are 9-2  OVER this year. Carr is playing well and has alot of weapons  .  The Bills get Samy Watkins back and should have a few explosive plays of their own

TEASERS:

Jags +10.5  & UNDER 46  - Trevor Simien will be out.  Paxton gets the start.  This game is on the 4th ranked denver defense.  Bortles has struggled all season but the jags have also lost 6 of their 7 games by 7 points or less.    1 star

Pats -6.5  & UNDER 50.5  -  Rams rookie  QB  on the road vs a Belechik scheme. Enough said.  No Tavon Austin today either.   Feels like a LeBlount kinda day....   2 stars

Eags +8.5 & UNDER  48.5    Both teams have offensive injuries and have struggled recently on offense.  Bengals without  Green and Bernard really hurts their ability for big plays. This team  misses old O Coordinator Hue Jackson more than aything.  Eags still an outside shot at a wildcard and after last week's stinker there's great value teasing thru the #s  6,7,8........1 star

Redskins +8.5  & OVER  42   -  Skins are on a spread covering run and also 9-2 OVER  this yr.    Cards have been OVER  3 of ast 4 as well. Lean on both Skins and Over  but prefer great value with the Teaser...  2 stars
